How Public Transport Movement Changed in Dnipro
Зміни у графіку громадського транспорту в Дніпрі з 1 грудня.

On December 1 in Dnipro, public transport operates on a modified schedule. Due to the repair of the stormwater drainage system and work on the tram tracks, the city partially closed traffic on Prince Volodymyr the Great Street, affecting the operation of trolleybuses, buses, and trams. This is reported by “Our City”.

The transport department reported that trolleybuses No. 2 and No. 12 temporarily merged into a common route "zh/m Paryus – zh/m Peremoga". Some other routes have been shortened to "Most-City center". Several bus routes have new final stops, while some detour to avoid the closed section. Additionally, the city launched temporary buses to replace suspended trams.

Changes to Trolleybuses and Buses: How Routes Operate Today

Corrections affected most directions passing through Prince Volodymyr the Great Street. The changes are as follows:

  • trolleybuses No. 2 and No. 12 merged into the route "zh/m Paryus – zh/m Peremoga (prov. Dobrovoltsiv)"

  • trolleybuses No. 7, 14, 17, 20, and bus No. 38 only run to "Most-City center"

  • the final stops for buses No. 23, 57A, 88 have been moved to Uspenska Square

  • bus No. 120 has a new final stop on Volodymyr Monomakh Street and a modified route scheme

  • bus No. 121 towards zh/m Paryus detours through Monomakh, Yavornytskoho, Slovatskoho, and Naberezhna streets.

All routes operate in normal mode, but with temporary changes due to repair work.

Dnipro Trams: Which Routes Have Been Suspended and What Replaced Them

Due to repairs on the tram tracks at the Old Bridge, the operation of trams No. 6 and No. 9 has been halted. Temporary bus routes are operating instead:

  • No. 6K – Old Bridge Square – Institute of Mineral Resources

  • No. 9K – Old Bridge Square – Meat Processing Plant.

Repair work on Prince Volodymyr the Great Street and the Old Bridge is being carried out to prevent accidents and flooding during precipitation. Temporary changes in transport movement allow the city to avoid a transport collapse during the work.

Earlier, we wrote that in Dnipropetrovsk region the schedule of several suburban trains was temporarily changed due to the complicated security situation.
