According to glavcom.ua: The 'Arterium' corporation came under the attack of raider capture, which was carried out through the illegal intervention of a private notary. The supervisory board of JSC 'Kyivmedpreparat' announced this, emphasizing the inadmissibility of such actions in a state that aspires to join the EU and adhere to the principles of the rule of law.
Shareholders demand a legal assessment of the situation and the cessation of raiding, protecting their rights from violations. Currently, they have turned to the media, the business ombudsman, and law enforcement agencies with this problem.
