Ministry of Digital Transformation launched a Leadership Academy for heads of CNAPs: how the service will change
The first Leadership Academy for regional coordinators was held to improve citizen services in CNAPs. Participants of the intensive discussed digitalization, transformation in Diia Centers, as well as issues of accessibility and communication.
One of the participants from Novograd-Volynskyi OVA said: 'The project was difficult but productive. During the training at the Leadership Academy, we learned effective management and the use of the latest practices in working with CNAPs. This will help us improve the quality of services for citizens in places where they need it the most.'
The event was organized by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation.
