For people with disabilities or individuals with limited mobility, assistance with unloading is provided.
Who belongs to the category of vulnerable families

-
elderly people or individuals with disabilities;
-
single parents with children or large families;
-
members of the family with limited mobility;
-

These categories have been identified as the most vulnerable to winter conditions in frontline regions.
Preparation for the heating season in Sumy
At the same time, the city authorities of Sumy announced the start of the heating season from October 27, 2025.
As explained by acting mayor Artem Kobzar, the decision was made earlier than planned due to the drop in temperature.
Who is entitled to benefits for stove fuel
Benefits for purchasing stove fuel apply to residents of territories where combat operations are ongoing or have been conducted. The list of settlements is determined by regional military administrations.
