In Kropyvnytskyi, new transport fares for public buses and trolleybuses came into effect on August 15, 2026. The cost of the trip depends on the payment method: electronic payment will be cheaper than a paper ticket. This is reported by the Kropyvnytskyi City Council.
The decision on the tariffs was made by the executive committee on July 14, and on August 14, the transport department made the corresponding changes to the contracts with KP “Electrotrans”. Therefore, the new prices actually came into effect the next day, on August 15.
Trolleybus fares in Kropyvnytskyi from August 15, 2026
Two travel prices have been established for city electric transport:

12 UAH when paying with a transport or bank card, smartphone through Apple Pay or Google Pay;

15 UAH for a paper ticket.
The same fares apply for transporting one piece of luggage: 12 UAH for electronic payment and 15 UAH for a paper ticket.
Bus fares in Kropyvnytskyi from August 15, 2026
In city buses, KP “Electrotrans” charges 18 UAH for electronic payment of one trip. Payment can be made with a transport or contactless bank card, as well as by phone.
When purchasing a paper ticket, the passenger must pay 20 UAH. The same prices apply for one piece of luggage: 18 UAH for electronic payment and 20 UAH for a paper ticket.
At the same time, general non-subsidized transport cards E-Pass began to be sold in Kropyvnytskyi. One card costs 60 UAH. It can be replenished without a commission through the website, application, or EasyPay terminals.
During the transition period, beneficiaries can still travel for free with corresponding certificates until they are issued personalized transport cards.
The city authorities explained the review of tariffs by the increase in electricity, fuel, tire, and spare parts prices, as well as the rising costs of salaries. KP “Electrotrans” is simultaneously experiencing a shortage of drivers and conductors.
