On November 24, 2025, an analytical report by Tetiana Fulei on the topic 'Analysis of the Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Made on Constitutional Complaints' was presented in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The report examined all the court's decisions on constitutional complaints using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, allowing for a detailed understanding of the dynamics of complaints and the peculiarities of their consideration.
According to the research, among those who submitted constitutional complaints, the largest group consists of victims of the Chornobyl disaster. A notable percentage of complaints were also filed by law enforcement officers and representatives of vulnerable population groups. The findings of the study may be useful for improving the practice of applying the constitutional complaint mechanism.
It is important to note that the connection between the status of the person submitting the complaint and the violations they claim is noticeable in most cases of constitutional complaints.
The report is of interest to the academic community, judges, and anyone interested in issues of access to constitutional justice and the protection of citizens' constitutional rights.
The presented report is an important step towards understanding and improving the practice of applying constitutional justice in Ukraine, as well as identifying the main trends in this direction, which will help enhance the protection of citizens' constitutional rights in the country.
