Drone Attack on Putin: What is Known About the Negotiations and Disturbing News from the Front

The negotiation process surrounding the conflict resolution is ongoing, but key issues marked as A, B, and C remain unresolved. Against this backdrop, information has emerged about a drone attack on the residence of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. The military-political leadership of the Russian Federation has called these reports fake. Former President of the United States Donald Trump, as well as representatives from India, Pakistan, and the UAE, have already spoken out about the incident. India and Pakistan condemned the incident but did not name the culprit. As experts note, the answers to questions about the attack may be known within the administration of the United States, as well as in France, Great Britain, China, and even North Korea, as such attacks are recorded.

Disturbing News from the Front

At the same time, disturbing news is coming from the front lines, particularly from the Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy regions. Expert Konstantin Mashevets stated that

“the population of the front-line territories is massively aiding the enemy and cooperating with them”
by providing shelter and clothing. Against the backdrop of these events, the struggle for key sectors of Ukraine's economy, such as energy, rare earth metals, and agriculture, continues. The Kilski Institute of Economics estimates the cost of rebuilding Ukraine at a minimum of 524 billion euros.

Donald Trump, commenting on the prospects, stated:

“Russia wants to see Ukraine successful. Putin would be very generous for the success of Ukraine, for example, by selling energy resources at low prices. Russia is ready to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine”
. This rhetoric is accompanied by a change in the positions of international partners. As noted by an unnamed advisor on international policy in the ruling German coalition, “Ukraine is the first line of defense for Europe.”
