The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military-Civil Administration Oleg Synegubov reported that a rescue operation is ongoing in the Industrial District of the city. A woman has been found under the rubble who might be the mother of a deceased boy. Currently, 17 people are wounded, and three are dead.

According to Terekhov, enemy 'shaheds' struck the Industrial District of Kharkiv. One strike caused a fire in a residential building. 'In the building affected by the 'shahed', floors from the second to the fourth are on fire, in another one - fire on the top floor,' Terekhov said.
Due to the collapse of ceilings, there may be people trapped under the rubble. One person has died, and 15 have been injured, including children aged 6 and 10 years.
As a result of the second attack by the Russian army on Kharkiv, the final figures of the casualties became known: 17 wounded individuals, three dead, including children.
