Complimentary Online Training for the Civil Society Sector
The free online course titled 'Organizational Development Recipes for Civil Society' has been developed by the Eastern Europe Foundation and the International Renaissance Foundation, with support from Norway and Sweden. This program aims to strengthen the capabilities of civil society organizations (CSOs) across Ukraine, particularly during the ongoing conflict and the subsequent post-war recovery process. Featuring nine lectures, the curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with practical insights, targeting CSO leaders, project managers, management team members, and development consultants.
Hosted on the educational platform Zrozumilo, participants who complete the course will receive a certificate awarding 0.2 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits, equivalent to six academic hours.

The course equips civil society organizations with practical methods to improve their operations.
