More than 500 communities and regional military administrations have joined the Memorandum on new rules for calculating the cost of work in the reconstruction process. This is an important step for the recovery system.
The government has adopted a resolution that establishes uniform, predictable, and transparent rules for determining the cost of construction works for projects funded by the state budget and donors. This will facilitate the unification of approaches and make the process more transparent and predictable.
“The new rules create a common field where clients and contractors work according to a single logic. This ensures reasonable estimates for all participants in the recovery process,” said a representative of the Ministry of Community Development and Territories.
These new rules take into account standard costs and minimum wages in accordance with agreements and provide protection for workers' rights. Additionally, all materials are used according to a unified code of construction products, which promotes a common understanding among all market participants.
