According to the chief intelligence officer of Ukraine, the possibility of a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia exists, but only under certain conditions. He emphasized that for peace to be achieved, a number of factors must coincide at a specific moment, influencing global decisions both within the country and between national alliances.
«Only the exact combination of these elements at the planned moment will yield results. Otherwise, the war will continue», – the chief intelligence officer stressed.
In the context of global politics, the chief intelligence officer also noted the role of the USA, refraining from commenting on President Trump's position regarding the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. According to him, for the USA, Russia and China define the world order, but have a different influence from economic and military perspectives.
Support for Ukraine from the United Kingdom and NATO
The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom promised to supply Ukraine with five thousand multi-purpose missiles to support military pressure on Russian President Putin. The NATO Secretary General noted that each ally independently decides what weapons to send to Ukraine for self-defense, including the possibility of strikes on Russian territory.
According to reports, the conditions for a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia are defined by a number of complex factors that will need to be directed towards achieving the overall goal.
