Bukovina migrants received online training from psychologist Tatyana Anishchenko from the Chernivtsi Regional Hospital for War Veterans. During the meeting, they discussed trauma-oriented and barrier-free communication with veterans and their families. Migration service specialists actively assist those who have gone through difficult experiences, understanding the importance of considering the emotional and psychological state of veterans.

'The migration service is aimed at ensuring that veterans feel support and security, which is very important for their recovery,' the speaker noted.

During the training, participants discussed the optimal approach to communicating with veterans, learned to avoid risky phrases and actions, and to maintain respect and calm in difficult situations. Trainings of this type contribute to creating a caring and supportive environment for veterans and their families.
