Building the Drivers of Digital Change

The CDTO Campus has launched a program titled "Digital Transformation in Public Governance," designed to cultivate leaders capable of driving digital change in Ukraine. Participants include Chief Digital Transformation Officers (CDTOs) from ministries, regional state administrations, and other government bodies. This approach ensures that specialists are actively involved in the digital transformation process—a critical step for modernizing state institutions and improving public service delivery.

Participant Feedback and Insights

As part of the initiative, feedback has been gathered from five participants who shared their experiences and takeaways from the program. The goal is to foster innovative approaches in public governance that can significantly enhance the efficiency of government operations.

This program marks a vital advancement in Ukraine’s ongoing reform efforts, as the digitization of government processes holds the potential to greatly improve citizen services. Since the participants come from various levels of public administration, their collective insights can help generate fresh ideas and methods that boost the effectiveness and transparency of the executive branch.

In addition to the initiatives aimed at enhancing digital governance, the appointment of over 800 digital officers within Ukraine's Defense Forces illustrates a broader commitment to integrating digital leadership across various sectors. This strategic move not only aligns with the goals of the digital transformation in public administration but also reinforces the importance of skilled professionals in driving effective change throughout the nation.
