The Central Military Medical Commission revealed illegal conclusions about unfitness for military service

The Central Military Medical Commission has begun to cancel illegal conclusions about unfitness for military service that were issued in Dnipropetrovsk region. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing DBR.

Law enforcement officials reported that the first forged decisions made based on counterfeit medical documents have been annulled. The employees of the State Bureau of Investigation also reported suspicions against one of the heads of the regional military medical commission of Dnipropetrovsk region and a former nurse of the local hospital, who, by falsifying medical documents, helped men evade service in July this year.

According to operational information, it was the former medical worker who was the organizer of the criminal activity. Together with the official from the military medical commission, she sought individuals who wanted to avoid mobilization and offered them fake health certificates. The cost of the 'services' ranged from $5,000 to $20,000 depending on the financial capacity of the conscript
.

Based on the counterfeit documents, the conscripts were declared unfit for military service. As a result of such actions, at least 60 individuals managed to avoid mobilization.

Verification and cancellation of decisions

As part of the pre-trial investigation, the DBR appealed to the Central Military Medical Commission with a proposal to review all decisions made based on falsified documents. Currently, the unfitness of the first two individuals has already been canceled, and the verification of other participants in the scheme is ongoing.

It is worth noting that as of the beginning of September 2025, in Ukraine, groups of disability have lost 843 officials.

Law enforcement officials have identified those involved in the forgery of medical documents that allowed evasion from conscription for military service. The malefactors demanded between $5,000 and $20,000 for fake health certificates. Other participants in the scheme are also under review by special services.
