Chernivtsi Students Shine with Top Marks
In Chernivtsi, four classmates have earned the highest possible score of 200 points on the National Multisubject Test (NMT) in English. Two of them also matched that perfect result in Ukrainian history. All four attended an experimental class with an intensive English curriculum at Lyceum No. 11 'Prestige,' where they had five hours of English instruction each week.
Preparation for the NMT began as early as 10th grade. Among the standout graduates are Sofia Nitsovych and Anton Fysiuk, who each scored 200 points in both English and Ukrainian history. Vladyslava Yuriichuk and Vladyslav Kulykovskyi also achieved the maximum score in English.

Their homeroom teacher and English instructor, Iryna Mohyla, credited the support of parents for providing up-to-date teaching resources at the school. 'Students constantly used the language in real-world settings because we traveled extensively with this class: during fall, spring, and even summer breaks, we toured all across Europe,' she added.
Notably, Sofia Klak, a graduate of Lviv Lyceum No. 81 named after Petro Sahaidachny, also posted impressive results, earning 200 points on three out of four NMT subjects—English, mathematics, and Ukrainian history.
