The Inspection Activity Management of the Zhytomyr region pointed out to employers the importance of checking the availability of military registration documents of employees during employment. This information was disclosed by the management.
Mandatory documents for conscripts and military personnel
According to the requirements, each military personnel must carry a military ID or temporary certificate. Conscripts must present a certificate of registration with the draft board.

Employment conditions with military registration mark
Employment is possible only after passing military registration at the territorial recruitment and social support center. Persons registered with the Security Service or the Foreign Intelligence Service must also register in the relevant structures.
Women with medical or pharmaceutical education, regardless of their job specialization, fall into the category of military personnel and must present the appropriate document.
Penalties for violating military registration rules
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 921, non-compliance with the requirements regarding military registration may lead to the imposition of fines on the employer.
We remind you that soon a photo of the owner will be added to the military registration document in the 'Reserve+' application. The Ministry of Defense invites citizens to participate in the testing.
