Ukraine's Central Election Commission Reshuffles 'Servant of the People' Parliamentary Seats

В Україні відбуваються зміни в парламентських рядах партії Слуга народу після перевиборів.

Shifts in the Parliamentary Delegation of the 'Servant of the People' Party

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine has issued a decision altering the parliamentary composition of the 'Servant of the People' party. Yuriy Fedorenko has been removed from the registration list, while Olesia Otradnova has been officially recognized as an elected deputy, replacing Roman Kravets, who did not assume his mandate. This move reflects the ongoing administrative adjustments within Ukraine's largest parliamentary faction.

Yuriy Fedorenko, formerly the commander of the 429th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems 'Achilles', was listed at position 158 on the 'Servant of the People' party list. He personally submitted a request to the CEC to cancel his registration as a candidate for people's deputy. His registration pertained to the snap parliamentary elections held on July 21, 2019.

Status of Roman Kravets and Registration of Olesia Otradnova

The CEC has formally recognized Roman Kravets as a deputy who failed to assume his mandate. Kravets had previously declined the mandate and, by the deadline of February 10, 2026, had not submitted the necessary documents for registration. Furthermore, he provided no statement citing valid reasons that would have prevented him from filing the paperwork.

Consequently, the CEC has recognized Olesia Otradnova as the elected people's deputy in place of Roman Kravets. Otradnova was listed at position 160 on the 'Servant of the People' party list. To complete her registration, she must submit the required documents no later than the 20th day following the official publication of the CEC's decision. The CEC, in turn, must make a decision on her registration no later than the 5th day after receiving her documents.

This CEC decision represents a significant step in maintaining the stability of the parliamentary delegation, as changes in registration can influence the balance of power within the Verkhovna Rada.

As a newly elected deputy, Olesia Otradnova will have the opportunity to actively participate in legislative initiatives and represent the interests of her constituents. It is also important to note that all registration procedures must be completed within the established deadlines, which can affect the pace of forming the new parliamentary lineup.
