Skills Alliance plans to train 390,000 specialists for Ukraine by 2027. The total amount of funding allocated for this purpose has exceeded 900 million euros, compared to 700 million euros last year.
Development and Achievements of Skills Alliance
The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine created the Skills Alliance for Ukraine. The number of participants has increased from 50 to 79, including donors, international organizations, civil society representatives, and businesses to work together on the development of vocational education and retraining of Ukrainians.

The program aims to prepare a significant number of specialists for the country, helping to address the issues of structural unemployment and the shortage of qualified workers.
