Scheduled Maintenance for Social Services on the Dia Platform
Due to a planned technical upgrade of the Unified Information and Analytical System of Social Services (UIASSS), several social services on the Dia portal and mobile application will be unavailable from January 24 to January 25. All services are expected to resume normal operation once the maintenance is complete. The Dia platform is a key digital government tool in Ukraine, centralizing access to public services.
Services Affected by the Outage
The following services will be inaccessible on the portal during this period:
- Cancelation of an IDP certificate
- Registration as a candidate for child guardianship or custody
- Registration as a candidate for foster care or family-type children's home parenting
- Application to become a second foster parent or parent-educator
- Adoption consultations
- Adoption services – candidate registration, renewal, or deregistration
In the mobile application, these functions will be temporarily suspended:
- Basic social assistance
- Comprehensive assistance for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
- Change of actual residence address for IDPs
- Cancelation of an IDP certificate
- IDP certificate issuance
Currently, the Dia app offers Ukrainians access to over 160 different services, with plans to launch an even greater number of services in 2026.
This system upgrade is a necessary step to improve the performance and reliability of Ukraine's social service infrastructure. Users are advised to plan accordingly for this temporary disruption, as the enhanced system will ultimately allow for more efficient delivery of state support programs to citizens.
