Starting from July 1, 2025, the internal administration of social benefits received by Ukrainians will be transferred to the Pension Fund. This information was disclosed by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity. Now the Pension Fund will review applications, make decisions, and allocate social benefits payments for housing for internally displaced persons.
From July 1, 2025, internally displaced persons can apply for housing assistance at the service centers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Assistance can be obtained through the Unified State Web Portal of E-Services or the Diia app, at the service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the CNAP, or local government executive bodies, as well as by mail to the appropriate body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
This news informs about the transfer of the administration of social benefits from the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity to the Pension Fund of Ukraine to ease the process of receiving assistance for internally displaced persons. Now applications for assistance can be made through various service centers and electronic services, which will simplify and expedite the receipt of the necessary support.
