Who Is Eligible for Assistance
- military personnel and veterans who became disabled due to combat actions;
- participants of the Revolution of Dignity who were injured;
- families of prisoners, missing and deceased warriors;
- families of Heroes of Ukraine;
- Kyiv residents who directly defended the city.
The amount of assistance ranges from 1200 to 2500 hryvnias depending on the category.

Assistance is automatically credited to those who are registered with social services or the Pension Fund and actually reside in the capital. Detailed information and the procedure for payments can be found on the official Kyiv website and in the 'Electronic Cabinet of Defenders' service.
