Chimney systems are increasingly used to vent combustion products from boilers and stoves. They consist of several blocks, thermal insulation elements, and liners. The components of such chimneys are made from various materials with high operational characteristics.
Features of chimney systems
A distinctive feature of these chimneys is their modular construction. Installation is quick and uncomplicated. The system is selected depending on the type of heating used in the house.
Chimney systems can be installed in new houses but can also be used in summer houses or cottages. There are also special kits available for repairing chimneys.
Systems from Heluz
The Czech company specializes in ceramic systems. One of the latest innovations from the manufacturer is the Heluz ceramic chimneys Izostat Duo and Multi Duo. A distinctive feature of this series is the presence of new brick reinforcement and high-quality thin inserts. This allows for the omission of additional insulation. According to the manufacturer, the new system speeds up construction work and also reduces costs by 20 percent or more.
Features of different versions:
- Izostat Duo – comes with an isostatic insert;
- Multi Duo – supplied with a ceramic insert.
Both versions have a new type of fittings with three-row openings. The inserts used do not promote the formation of combustion product deposits. They are resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, humidity, and acids. Unlike regular inserts, isostatic and ceramic counterparts do not crack and have a higher resistance to direct fire. Heluz chimneys are suitable for boilers with different types of fuel.
The manufacturer's range includes rehabilitation kits that allow for quick reconstruction of chimney pipes in poor condition. Using such a kit results in a modern chimney with back ventilation.
Heluz ceramic chimneys are officially supplied to the Ukrainian market. They have international certification and meet the current standards in the field of venting combustion products. The range allows for the selection of a chimney for a specific type of fuel – coal, fuel oil, gas, firewood, etc.
