Vacancies in the 'Architecture of Recovery and Reforms in Ukraine' program

The Architecture of Reforms Fund in Ukraine has announced the opening of vacancies within the 'Architecture of Recovery and Reforms in Ukraine' (URA) program, which is being implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union. These vacancies are also supported by the Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Economy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The Architecture of Reforms Fund in Ukraine is looking for an IT specialist, with the application deadline for this position set for August 16, 2026, at 23:59 Kyiv time. The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Economy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine has announced the following vacancies:

  • Senior Expert in 'Capital Markets' - application deadline is August 9, 2026;
  • Project Manager in 'Investments in Priority Sectors' - application deadline ends on August 14, 2026.

Additionally, the Recovery and Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is looking for an expert in 'Improving International Cooperation Processes in the Financial Sector'.
