Senior Experts Sought by Ukrainian Government for Investment Project Roles
Job Openings at the Cabinet of Ministers' Office of Recovery and Reforms in Ukraine
According to Офіс реформ: The Office of Recovery and Reforms under Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers has announced vacancies for senior expert and analyst positions within the Support Team for the Interagency Working Group on Public Investment Project Preparation (PPU). Applications must be submitted by 23:59 Kyiv time on July 26, 2026.
Available Positions
The recruitment drive includes three senior expert roles focused on managing state investments across distinct sectors:
- Senior Expert in State Investment Management (Transport)
- Senior Expert in State Investment Management (Municipal Infrastructure)
- Senior Expert in State Investment Management (Energy)
Additionally, an analyst position is open within the Support Team for the Interagency Working Group on Public Investment Project Preparation.
The Office of Recovery and Reforms is part of the Architecture of Recovery and Reforms in Ukraine (URA) program. Launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union, the URA program is implemented with backing from the EBRD’s Multi-Donor Fund for Stabilization and Sustainable Development of Ukraine.
