Lviv businessman Hryhorii Kozlovskyi has identified himself as the owner of the Avalon group. Reporters were unable to contact either Kozlovskyi or Linnikova for comment.

As of its 2023 reporting period, Dmytro Ostrovskyi was the director and beneficiary. The 2023 financial statement lists one employee, zero revenue, and capital of 200,000 UAH. In June 2025, Skite Retail changed its owner to Tetiana Stepnykh and relocated its registration to the village of Shchaslyve in Kyiv region.
