European Business Association Joins Forces with the Human Capital Resilience Charter
The European Business Association (EBA) has officially become a signatory of the Human Capital Resilience Charter, paving the way for its member companies to benefit from enhanced opportunities in employment, skill development, and inclusive hiring practices. This collaboration enables EBA members to engage in hands-on initiatives led by the Charter, exchange valuable insights, and access proven strategies and recommendations.
Members of the EBA will also have the chance to contribute to the creation and pilot testing of innovative labor market solutions. The Ukrainian Ministry of Economy and Environment plans to involve EBA member companies in targeted projects focused on employment, upskilling, and inclusive workforce integration. The Human Capital Resilience Charter represents a flagship program by the Ministry, uniting government bodies, the private sector, and international partners to deliver practical solutions for Ukraine’s labor market challenges.

The Charter is supported by prominent organizations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA). Darina Marchak is also noted for her involvement with this initiative.
