The Teofipol District Court of the Khmelnytskyi region confirmed the fine for the head of the Peasant Farm 'Museyeve'. The farmer violated legislation on defense, mobilization training, and mobilization and received a fine of 34 thousand UAH for the untimely notification and arrival of employees at the TCC.
The court believes that the decision regarding the fine was justified, as the head of the TCCSP acted in accordance with the law. The farmer can appeal this decision through an appeal. Due to the war in Ukraine, government agencies must ensure the timely arrival of conscripted individuals to recruiting and social support centers.
