Due to a large number of wounded occupiers, women in temporarily captured Luhansk are giving birth in ambulances and hallways.
Meanwhile, the number of men in the occupied territory of Luhansk is rapidly decreasing, and as a result, mobilization activities are only intensifying, said the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Haidai, on December 16.
'If earlier the summons were handed out by employees of the so-called People's Militia, recently this function has been taken over by representatives of the occupying authorities. The new whim of mobilization in the so-called LPR: if you come for a certificate at the city pseudo-administration, you receive a summons. The Russians forcibly devalue even the status of our passport, with the document certifying the identity of a Ukrainian still being a certificate of temporary asylum,' the message states.
When employed in Russia, Ukrainians are forced to change their passports. Employment of Ukrainians who have received temporary asylum in Russia is different from the employment procedure of other foreigners. When hiring Ukrainian citizens, their legal status is of great importance.

'If you have a passport of a Russian citizen, they accept you to work as a Russian citizen; residence permit as a foreigner living permanently; temporary residence permit as a foreigner temporarily residing; refugee certificate as a refugee; certificate of temporary asylum accepted for work as temporary, but with their peculiarities. At the same time, if you receive a Russian passport, they can immediately hand you a summons and send you back to your homeland to the front. A vicious circle,' Haidai writes.
Due to the large number of wounded occupiers, births in Luhansk are turning into true agony. For instance, in the maternity ward of city hospital No. 3, a military hospital has been arranged for representatives of private companies. Due to the occupancy of hospital beds by men, some women had to give birth in the hallway or in the ambulance. Daily, more and more wounded soldiers arrive, added the head of the LOVA.
In Luhansk region, the occupiers continue to cut mining equipment for miners in Dovzhansk. Those miners who have not yet been mobilized are looking for employment options. In particular, at the 'Red Partisan' mine near the city, equipment is being dismantled and taken away daily. The enterprise is being prepared for conservation.
