The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, supporting Zelensky's speech, stated that Putin is not showing any willingness to end the war, which is confirmed by the continuation of attacks on Ukraine's energy system. Starmer called for increasing pressure on Russia and enhancing support for Ukraine. It was also announced that the early transfer of an additional 140 light multipurpose missiles to Ukraine for strengthening air defense.
