How to Order Custom License Plates in Ukraine
In Ukraine, the vast majority—99%—of requests for personalized vehicle plates are now processed online via the Driver's e-Cabinet portal. This digital service has streamlined the procedure into several key stages:

Once the custom plates are received, vehicle owners must complete a re-registration process at a service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Following successful authentication, drivers can choose their preferred alphanumeric sequence for the plate. The system automatically checks the chosen combination's availability within the specific region.
After confirming the number is free, the user can proceed with an online payment. Production of the custom plates takes up to 40 days. The finished product can be collected in person from the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, located in Kyiv at 19 Mriy Street. Alternatively, for added convenience, customers can opt to have their plates delivered via the Nova Poshta courier service.
