According to the British publication UK Defence Journal, after the signing of a peace agreement, Kyiv will become the center of command of newly created multinational forces that will deter possible aggressive actions from Russia.
The operational headquarters of the multinational forces in Ukraine will be led by a British major general. The overall command of the mission will be conducted from Paris and London. France and the United Kingdom will initially provide lieutenant generals to operate at the highest level. The organizational structure involves temporary command in Paris, and later permanent command in London, adopting an Anglo-French management model.
The signing of a peace agreement by the Ukrainian government may lead to the establishment of new multinational forces that will defend against possible Russian threats. The leadership of such forces will be distributed between Kyiv, Paris, and London, with an effective Anglo-French leadership model. This could be an important step in strengthening security not only for Ukraine but for the entire region as a whole.
