In Khmelnytskyi, the installation of validators in minibuses to introduce cashless fare payment has begun. Most of the transport is planned to be equipped during March, and the test phase of the system will start approximately in April. This is reported by writes 'Ye'.
During the testing period, passengers will be able to pay in cash, by card, or other cashless methods. According to Deputy Mayor Mykola Vavryshchuk, the city is gradually preparing for a complete transition to cashless payments.

The testing mode will start approximately in April. During this time, the system will operate simultaneously with cash payments.
Mykola Vavryshchuk emphasized:
'People need to gradually get used to the transition to cashless payment. In any case, we are expecting a full transition to cashless, and we need to prepare for this.'
Validators in Khmelnytskyi public transport: how many buses will be equipped
Earlier, the city council reported that an automated payment accounting system will be installed on:

Thus, the system will cover almost all route transportation in the city. The introduction of electronic payment is expected to simplify control over transportation and make payments more convenient for passengers.
