In the Second International Legion, the company commands use English and Spanish or rely on the services of interpreters. According to Commander Alexander Yakimovich, this is done to convey commands to positions clearly and quickly. Currently, there are only six interpreters in the legion, which, in the commander's opinion, is too few and overloads them.

Despite the limited number of interpreters, the translation process goes quite quickly thanks to an established system. Moreover, it is important for commanders to understand commands and manage personnel effectively. The legion adopts a standard list of words for better communication with Ukrainian officers.

The Second International Legion is a place where fighters from different corners of the world have gathered, but thanks to a perfect translation system and the commanders' understanding of key words, the command can effectively perform its duties in combat conditions.
