In March 2023, Ukraine's Constitutional Court (CCU) held 86 sessions and adopted 66 legal acts. During this period, the Court received 59 constitutional complaints. Of these, 27 were distributed among judges following preliminary review, while 32 were returned to applicants for failing to meet formal requirements.

Breakdown of Sessions and Adopted Acts

The Court's sessions were comprised of the following:

  • 19 plenary sessions
  • 5 sessions of the Grand Chamber
  • 5 sessions of the Court
  • 5 plenary sessions of the First Senate
  • 26 plenary sessions of the Second Senate
  • 9 sessions of the Second Senate
  • 12 sessions of the judge panels from the First and Second Senates

The 66 acts adopted by the CCU in March included:

  • 3 Court rulings (one from the Grand Chamber, one from the First Senate, and one from the Second Senate)
  • 4 resolutions
  • 59 decrees (17 from the Grand Chamber, 4 from the First Senate, 10 from the Second Senate, and 28 from the judge panels of the senates)
