Уряд змінив керівництво: хто нині очолить Міністерство юстиції?

Today, November 12, it became known that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made a decision to suspend Herman Haluschenko from the position of Minister of Justice. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko on her Telegram channel 'Hvylya'.

During an extraordinary Cabinet meeting held today, a decision was made regarding Haluschenko's suspension. During the investigation, the duties of the Minister of Justice will be performed by Deputy Lyudmyla Suhak, who is responsible for European integration issues.

In his reaction to this government decision, Haluschenko agreed with the suspension, considering it a civilized and correct course of action, and stated that he would defend his position in the legal arena.

At the beginning of November, NABU and SAP revealed a corruption scheme in NAEC 'Energoatom', involving Haluschenko, Timur Mindych, and Oleksiy Chernyshov. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that the fight against corruption in 'Energoatom' is a priority task.

The new leadership of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine appointed Lyudmyla Suhak, who will temporarily fulfill the duties of the Minister. Herman Haluschenko supported this decision and stated that he would make efforts to protect his reputation within legal frameworks.
