In February, the NBU introduced a number of restrictions to maintain the stability of the situation on the currency market, in particular, since February 7, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can purchase foreign currency on the interbank market only on the sixth operational day after transferring the necessary hryvnia funds. In addition, the NBU limited the issuance of cash foreign currency from deposit and current accounts to an amount exceeding the equivalent of UAH 15,000 per day.
