Following Romanova's public critique, Kyivstar stated it regretted that this specific snippet of dialogue had caused negative feelings. The company clarified that the conversation presented in the ad was merely an example of casual SMS communication and was not intended to broadcast generalized messages or norms for everyone. Vira Romanova also directed a question to Kyivstar Business, asking if they are prepared to hire mothers of children with disabilities.
