The mobile operator lifecell will update the service conditions for corporate and business clients starting November 1, 2025. Some tariff plans will be closed, and subscribers will be transitioned to updated service packages with new prices. This was announced by the company on its official website.
Which tariffs are being closed at lifecell
Starting November 1, 2025, lifecell will discontinue the following tariffs:

VIP ULTRA (postpaid)

SMS World

Partner 190, Partner 250
-
Business Start, Business Start postpaid

Business Freedom, Business Freedom postpaid

Business Premium, Business Plus 169 (postpaid).
Subscribers of these tariffs will be automatically transitioned to new packages with updated names and service conditions.
How lifecell prices and conditions will change
Changes will affect the size of the subscription fee, the number of minutes, SMS, and gigabytes. The volume of internet will increase for most tariffs, and some will receive unlimited access. Specifically:

Partner 190 → Business Start: the cost decreases from 190 to 180 UAH, subscribers receive unlimited in-network access, 300 minutes, 100 SMS, and 30 GB.

Partner 250 → Business Team: the price increases from 250 to 280 UAH, the package includes unlimited access, 400 minutes, 200 SMS, and 60 GB.

Business Start → Business StartUP: the subscription fee decreases from 199 to 180 UAH, unlimited access, 300 minutes, 100 SMS, and 30 GB are provided.
In addition, subscribers will be able to activate the «lifecell plus» service for free, which allows them to choose 2 additional services from 7 available.
Possibility to change the tariff independently
The company provides users with time for the transition — from October 22 to November 22, 2025. During this period, subscribers can change their tariff plan to any other one available for connection without any additional payment. All other contract terms remain unchanged.
