Mobile Resilience Point in Rusanivka
A mobile resilience point of the State Emergency Service (SES) was deployed in Rusanivka, Kyiv, due to problems with electricity and heating caused by the massive shelling that occurred on the night of January 9, 2023. During this shelling, Kyiv suffered significant destruction: the enemy launched 36 missiles and nearly 250 drones at the city. As a result, some buildings were left without electricity and heating.
Among the consequences of the shelling, the temperature in the rooms of many residents dropped to 13 degrees. In one building, one phase of the electricity supply was burned out, complicating the electricity supply situation. The mobile resilience point of the SES became an important support center for local residents who need help in the absence of light and heat.
