Mayor of Dnipro Filatov on Dinner with Gays: What His Wife Suggested

The Mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, decided to relax after the scandal surrounding the Lviv College of the Ukrainian Catholic University and shared an interesting story from his life. It turns out that during a business trip abroad, he was invited to dinner by open gays, who turned out to be very hospitable. The mayor's wife was initially surprised by this invitation, but then made a decision, calling Boris 'a boor' and sending him to this dinner.



'Yeah, so far I'm alive, as you can see,' Filatov replied to the question of whether he actually went to the dinner.


In his social media publication, the mayor urged to stop worrying about people's orientation. He believes that there are more serious problems in Ukraine and compared the reaction of some people to this scandal with 'plucking' concerning Russians.



About the Scandal at UCU


Director Natalko Vorozhbyt reported that her daughter was denied accommodation in the dormitory of the Ukrainian Catholic University because of an LGBT flag emoji. The university offered alternative housing, but only on the condition of removing the emoji and promising not to 'promote LGBT' on the territory of UCU.



It was also revealed that Judge Hector Jimenez-Bravo from the 'MasterChef' TV show intends to go to court, and singer Olya Polyakova publicly laughed at a participant from 'Liga Smehu'.


Mayor of Dnipro Boris Filatov shares an interesting story from his life after the scandalous events surrounding the Lviv College of UCU. He called for addressing the real problems of the country and to stop engaging in 'plucking' regarding people's orientation, reminding about the importance of tolerance and humanity in modern society.
