The company 'Metinvest' has invested more than 28 billion UAH since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Petruk emphasized that in the conditions of prolonged war, teams are emotionally and physically exhausted. In 2025, 'Metinvest' plans to reduce excessive reporting to focus on more important aspects of management. In 2026, the company aims to provide employees with more time for recovery.
The company is also implementing the Steel Force initiative aimed at preparing a new generation of specialists, which is an important step in ensuring the future of the enterprise. 'We take into account the real availability of specialists when planning production, investing in training, adaptation, and support for staff,' summarized Tetiana Petruk.
