There are three categories of outages: emergency, stabilization (hourly), and planned. The schedules are divided into queues that involve specific consumer groups.

The Ministry emphasizes that even when stabilization outage schedules are announced, delays or extended outage durations may occur for several reasons: gradual inclusion, system imbalance, and the addition of emergency situations.
