Russian strike on power engineers in Chernihiv region: two dead

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported a tragic event that occurred in the Chernihiv region on October 10. During restoration work, a team of energy workers came under attack from Russian troops. As a result of this attack, two employees of the company were killed - crane operator Anatoliy Savchenko and driver Ruslan Daynega, who died in the hospital from his injuries.


According to Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk, this horrific incident serves as a striking example of terror against civilian workers. Other members of the team were injured and are currently in hospitals receiving medical assistance. There are also reports of shelling of the personnel of the State Emergency Service during the elimination of the consequences of a drone strike on the community's territory.



This news recounts a tragic event that took place in the Chernihiv region, where during work on electricity networks, the company's workers came under attack by Russian troops. This incident is a vivid example of terrorist acts against peaceful workers, and its consequences have been extraordinarily tragic, claiming the lives of two employees.
