Collaboration Agreement Signed

Ukraine's Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity, Denys Uliutin, alongside Tania Leigh Sanford Amar, the Country Director for Alinea International Ltd. in Ukraine, have formally signed a memorandum of cooperation. This agreement focuses on training, expert guidance, and the creation of methodologies and regulatory frameworks under the 'Recovery for All' project. The signing marks a critical milestone in developing a new Strategy for Social Development.

The partnership will involve training sessions and capacity-building initiatives for the Ministry, specifically targeting strategic planning within the social sector. It also includes expert support for crafting methodologies, digital tools, software, draft legal acts, and communication materials. These efforts are designed to strengthen Ukrainian communities that have been impacted by the ongoing war.

“This memorandum equips us with practical tools to enhance the Ministry’s strategic planning capabilities. It will help us develop gender-sensitive, inclusive, and citizen-focused policies, while also adopting modern, data-driven approaches to monitoring and evaluation,” stated Denys Uliutin.

Ultimately, this collaboration aims not just at recovery but also at the long-term advancement of Ukraine's social sector.

The Role of International Cooperation

This memorandum highlights the crucial role of international collaboration in rebuilding Ukraine’s social infrastructure, particularly as the country grapples with the repercussions of war. The alliance with Alinea International Ltd. could serve as a key driver in modernizing the social protection system and boosting its efficiency—a vital step for supporting affected communities.

As Ukraine embarks on this new partnership, it’s essential to recognize the ongoing efforts to bolster community support systems.
