Investigation into Vladimir Petrov's Exemption
The Ukrainian Ministry for Veterans Affairs is investigating the case of Vladimir Petrov, an employee of the state institution 'National Military Memorial Cemetery' (NMMC), who has been granted a deferment from military mobilization.
