Hawk FPV attacked a Russian drone: how a bird saved lives in Nikopol

Пташка-хижак захистила місто Нікополь від безпілотника: приклад сміливості та відваги.

In Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian drone attacked a private house, but a wild hawk was not afraid and decided to engage in battle. The bird and the drone collided in the air, resulting in the hawk falling into the yard, while the drone began to crash. A kind person, Oksana, helped the injured hawk, named FPV, and took it to a veterinary clinic.

According to veterinarian Maria Dubinskaya, the hawk's condition was serious: a concussion and a broken wing. After a prolonged treatment, the bird was released into a shelter, where it had its wing amputated. Now FPV will not be able to fly, but the people in the shelter will take care of it.

The bird FPV will remain under the care of people in the shelter due to its amputated wing. Also, recently, rare pink flamingos returned to the Tuzlivski Lymany National Nature Park in the Odesa region after the war. In the war zone, nature and birds suffer from destruction and explosions, so caring for them is very important.
