The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine exposed a citizen of the country trying to illegally leave for Slovakia. During the attempt to cross the border, the man found himself in an awkward position as he was trying to use a fake passport of a Saudi Arabian citizen. Finding himself in this situation, the citizen of Ukraine attempted to bribe the border guards and switched the conversation from English to Ukrainian.
'The man pretended to be a foreigner and communicated only in English. And when he realized he had been exposed, he switched to Ukrainian and pulled out a hidden passport of a citizen of Ukraine. At the same time, he offered a bribe of 100,000 hryvnias to the border guards,' the State Border Guard Service noted.
After checking and investigating the case, it became known that the citizen of Ukraine intended to reach his relatives in Belgium using the fake passport he had purchased for 550 dollars. However, due to the detection of the forgery, he was unable to achieve his goal, and he was left in the territory of Ukraine.
The border guards did well in their job, identifying the offender who attempted to evade the law and leave the country illegally. Fortunately, thanks to their actions, it was possible to prevent the illegal exit of a person with fake documents.
