Prosecutors from the Myrhorod District Prosecutor's Office specializing in juvenile cases successfully proved a man's guilt in the sexual assault and rape of three young girls. The court handed down a 14-year prison sentence. The offender, a resident of a village in the Poltava region, committed these crimes against relatives who lived nearby. The victims were just 5, 6, and 9 years old.
According to case files, the 43-year-old defendant at the time of the offenses lured the children to his home by promising them sweets. Some assaults also took place inside the victims' house when no adults were present. During the trial, the man denied all charges. However, the court found him guilty based on evidence, including forensic medical and psychological expert reports.

The Prosecutor General's Office stated: 'He exploited the children's trust by offering them treats, luring them to his home, where he committed crimes against them.'
