Ukrainian soldiers captured a citizen of Belarus who joined the Russian army. This news was published on YouTube.


"The Spartans" hold about 40 Russian servicemen, but the Belarusian is the first," the message noted.

According to the captive himself, he lived in Russia for several years. However, recently he had to choose between prison and war, and he chose the latter. After signing the contract, he ended up in Ukraine, where he spent only three days at the front, after which he voluntarily surrendered to the Ukrainian military.

The man expressed a desire to stay in Ukraine but asked not to show his face for fear of his relatives in Belarus. Currently, the Russian volunteer corps is holding a representative of the indigenous peoples of Eastern Siberia – the Yukaghirs. According to the 2021 census, there are only 1802 left.



Other interesting events at the front


In the area of responsibility of the 57th separate motorized infantry brigade named after Kostya Hordiyenko in the Vovchansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers detained a citizen of Kenya.


In Kharkiv region, soldiers of the Third separate assault brigade attacked and cleared the positions of Russian invaders using drones and ground robotic complexes. They even managed to capture some enemy fighters without using infantry.


Ukrainian soldiers continue active operations at the front, detaining enemy fighters and demonstrating a high level of training and effectiveness in combat operations.
