A conflict occurred in the city of Vinnitsa near the Territorial Control Center, where about 80 people clashed with soldiers. According to the Vinnytsia regional police, the reason for the conflict was that one of the men found on site was wanted for evading conscription.

However, according to the Ground Forces, 86% of such incidents this year have been fakes, with only 14% confirmed, leading to the removal of two individuals from service and bringing seven others to justice. Investigations are ongoing in 24 cases.
